Accountants, bookkeepers and payroll bureau available in Essex, Suffolk and East London

In accordance with my professional body rules I am required to hold professional indemnity insurance (details on request).

Your VAT Return and payroll will be prepared regularly and on time. Once I have the books balanced we prepare Management Accounts which report on how your business is performing (Profit & Loss Account) and also how much the business is worth (Balance Sheet).

If you run a limited company then I shall send quarterly reminders to declare dividends and prepare the dividend paperwork for you.

I will prepare final accounts for your business/ partnership/ company and submit them to HM Revenue & Customs for you.
Company accounts will be submitted to Companies House and I shall also send you a reminder to submit the company’s annual confirmation statement to Companies House, or submit it for you if you confirm the details.
I will also submit the corporation tax return. I can also submit directors’ personal tax returns if requested.
If you use your own year end accountant then I will provide your accountant with a year end pack which will contain all the information he/she needs to prepare your Final Accounts and Tax Return.
I also, of course, liaise with your accountant on all matters regarding your books.

With my bookkeeping service, I keep proper books of account including Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers, extracting a Trial Balance at the end of the period and reconciling fixed assets, trade debtors and creditors, bank and cash accounts.

The software I use is fully compatible with MTD (Making Tax Digital) so you will always be up to date with your record keeping.

I observe the bye-laws, regulations and ethical guidelines of the Institute of Financial Accountants, who are also granted supervisory authority by HM Treasury in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007(MLR 2007).

I provide a flexible service which is tailored to your needs.
I can either visit you or process your paperwork via the mail. If I visit you, then I can either use your own equipment, or bring my own laptop with software loaded.

I aim to provide a high quality of service at all times and welcome any suggestions on how to improve your customer experience.

Phone, text or email me for an appointment to discuss your requirements without any obligation and with no charge.
