We keep proper books of account including Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers, extracting a Trial Balance at the end of the period and reconciling fixed assets, trade debtors and creditors, bank and cash accounts.

Now you can do what you do best - sell to your customers!

Your VAT Return and payroll will be prepared regularly and on time. Once we have the books balanced we prepare Management Accounts which report on how your business is performing (Profit & Loss Account) and also how much the business is worth (Balance Sheet).

Year End and stuff

We will provide your accountant with a year end pack which will contain all the information he/she needs to prepare your Final Accounts and Tax Return.
We also, of course, liaise with your accountant on all matters regarding your books.
Phil Collis is a qualified accountant with a current practising certificate and professional indemnity insurance. He is authorised to offer accountancy services to the public, and is an HMRC recognised Accountancy Service Provider (ASP), being regulated by the IFA. Beware of unregulated ASPs - they are operating illegally. Bookkeepers and accountants in practice must be qualified with an approved body or be regulated directly by HM Revenue and Customs.
